Terms of service

1 ) AI, Use cases & Commercial rightsBy no circumstances do I allow or condone AI to be used with or trained by my art and products I work on.
This is Non-negotiable.You cannot to sell merchandise featuring my artwork or creations without explicit permission either in advance or afterwards negotiating a licensing fee.Artwork commissioned by me may be posted onto your pages, and used as profile pictures, banners, etc. with proper credit. In addition, artwork commissioned by me will be posted to my pages, or used as further examples.Commission work will be kept out of public eye per request.

2 ) Turnaround time
I am typically pretty quick with my process once I get started, and although I do have a poor sense of memory, commission work and what is expected of me in exchange of money is always my priority.You can expect a turnaround time of between a few hours, to a week or so depending on the complexity of a piece and the current life / emotional circumstances.

3 ) Communication, Questions & Editing
Communication is highly important to me. I will be as upfront and honest as I can throughout the process.
I'd send multiple work in progress screenshots, ask if changes are necessary, and do what I feasibly can to make something we are both happy with.
My end goal is to get you something you are confident and satisfied with walking away from a commission with.

4 ) Payment & Refunds
Payment will be able to be done through Ko-Fi, or Cashapp, whichever is easiest for you.
I'd either take half payment at the beginning of a commission and half nearing finished, or full payment at the start.
If requested due to circumstances, refunds are up for conversation, and depending on the work and effort already put into a piece, you can get a partial or full refund.
